Return policy at Gill Wing

 


Important notice to our customers

Gill Wing will gladly exchange any unsuitable merchandise, within 28 days of purchase, provided that they are in saleable condition unmarked and unused. However, in the interests of hygiene, we regret this does not apply to unwanted bath and cosmetic products.


Gill Wing Jewellery will gladly exchange any unsuitable merchandise, within 14 days of purchase, provided that they are in saleable condition unmarked and unused.


To return a product your proof of purchase must also be produced.

*Sale items, there is no return or exchange on sale items.

In the event that you are unable to find a suitable exchange, we will be happy to issue a credit note.

Credit notes are valid for 6 months from the date of issue and can only be redeemed at issued Gill Wing store.

Please note that credit notes are not exchangeable for cash or to use at our online store and we regret that any lost or stolen credit notes will not be re-issued under any circumstances.

Faulty merchandise

 


Customers have a statutory right to a refund of the purchase price in respect of faulty goods. However goods will not be exchanged, a credit note issued or a refund given unless the proof of purchase at Gill Wing can be produced.
